Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) has a unique opportunity for a talented tech enthusiast currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, or similar. If you're passionate about technology, coding, and building applications that make a real impact, this role is for you.
Our People Development team sits within HR and drives organizational performance through continuous learning and the development of our leaders and employees. You'll play a key role in our mission by leveraging technology and AI to transform how we develop our people and enhance operational efficiency across HR.
This is a unique opportunity to advance the learning and development space in the age of AI.
What you will do
Application Development: Create applications and tools to streamline Learning & Development processes and initiatives
AI Integration: Develop AI-based solutions to optimize our wider HR strategy and improve data analysis
Technical Training: Provide technical training to help everyone in Human Resources improve their technical/AI skills
Onboard New Technology Suppliers: Assist in the integration of new vendors and technologies.
Be Proactive: Help us become more data-driven by challenging the team and our current ways of working.
Learning and Development: Assist in various learning and development activities.
What you need
- Proficient in coding languages such as Python, any front-end technologies, and any experience with AWS or any other Cloud services.
- Structured and self-driven, with a strong initiative to bring new ideas to the table.
- A problem-solver who embraces challenges.
- Positive, and like to have fun at work!
- Fluent in English.
- The position is 40 %, which means that you will work at Norges Bank Investment Management up to 2 days a week. You will have a flexible working time arrangement throughout the year so that work can be combined with studies. The position has a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Oslo.
